MIA WEILAND

I'm a designer who strives to create seamless user experiences that help elevate brands. Through my design evolution, I have become passionate about pushing designs and products to the next level through a design process that includes data-backed user research, rapid iteration, collaboration and visually stunning solutions. 
 

Years of experience as a freelance designer, photographer, and UX consultant have helped me understand the problems that prevent creative solutions from achieving business objectives. I have a strong belief that approaching creative deliverables with a UX focus can help bridge those gaps and produce work that is efficient, pleasing, and ultimately elevate the digital user experience.

I have worked in Marketing from New York to Sydney over the past seven years. I started living life on the road in 2016 and I have traveled to over 20 countries since, mostly in Central Asia, Southeast Asia and Oceania. Now settled in Nashville (USA), I am lucky to have the world as my inspiration from all my years of travelling. I believe good design can engage and connect audiences, so learning from different global perspectives, I am able to build strong designs and images that speak to everyone, everywhere.  

 

I am excited to take on projects where I can utilize both my design and conceptual skills in environments where continual creative growth, critical thinking, and intellectual curiosity is welcomed and encouraged, regardless of the industry.
